The pages on this site explain how PBG, SLF and related matters work in Bali in general terms. They are not legal advice for your building or your situation. Regulations, document lists and office practice change, and each regency applies its own rules. Before you act, take advice on your own case.
Quotes and engagement
Sending a form or a WhatsApp message does not create a client relationship. Work starts only after you accept a written quote that sets out the scope, the government charges and our fee. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation.
Government decisions
Approvals, inspections, retribution amounts and timing are decided by the government offices concerned. We prepare and follow files carefully, but we cannot guarantee that an office approves an application or meets a particular timeline, and we are not responsible for changes in regulation.
Accuracy of the pages
We write these pages from current regulations and our own practice, and review them when rules change. Even so, a page can fall behind a new regulation or a change in how one regency applies it. Figures such as working days are typical ranges, not promises. If something on a page does not match what an office tells you, tell us and we will check it.
Language
The site is written in English. Indonesian terms such as PBG, SLF, IMB and SIMBG are kept because they are the names the offices use. Deeds and official documents follow Indonesian law on language, with an English version where a foreigner signs.

You may read and share links to these pages. Do not copy the content in bulk or use the site in a way that harms it or its visitors. Links to government websites, such as SIMBG, are given for convenience; we do not control them.
