The Kerobokan office is a short drive from Canggu, Seminyak and Denpasar. Message before you come: much of the work runs remotely, and you will be told which steps need you in person.

What to include

  1. Where the land or building is: village and regency, or a map pin.
  2. What the building is for: home, rental villa, shop, guesthouse.
  3. Its stage: planned, under construction or finished.
  4. What you have: land certificate or lease, IMB or PBG, drawings.
  5. Your deadline.

Send photos of whatever papers you have, even if they are incomplete or in Indonesian. Ten minutes with the real documents tells more than an hour of describing them.

Urgent matters

If you have received a stop order or a sealing notice, or a deadline expires within days, say so in your WhatsApp message.
