PBG & SLF Indonesia exists to get your building approved and certified in Bali, with every step explained in English before you sign or pay.
Who we are
We are a team of lawyers and notaries based in Kerobokan, in Badung regency, Bali, with a second office in Jakarta. The principals hold both the notary and the PPAT appointment, so company deeds and land deeds can be made in one office. The advocates are members of PERADI, the Indonesian Advocates Association. The team has practised in Bali for over twenty years and works in English and Indonesian.
We are not an architecture firm. Technical drawings are made and signed by certified architects and engineers, and we coordinate their work with the legal file.

How we work
- You send the location and the situation on WhatsApp or through the contact form.
- The first consultation is free. You hear which permit you need, what it takes, how long and what it costs, or that you do not need us at all.
- Work is quoted before it starts, with government charges and our fee on separate lines.
- We file, follow the file and keep you updated in English until the document is issued.
What we do not do
We do not promise approval of something the zoning does not allow, and we do not draw nominee arrangements. When a project cannot be approved as planned, you hear it before you spend money on it.
